Seniors (Active) Yoga
Start the week with a dynamic and energetic practice to wake the body and senses. This is recommended for those with some experience in yoga or who are active individuals and seniors.

General (Iyengar) Yoga
Practise yoga in the beautiful community centre in Rozelle, where locals gather to learn the Iyengar yoga method in a supportive and open environment. Class is $10 per session (you have to be a member of Hannaford Community Centre).

Seniors (Beginners) Yoga
For seniors who are just starting out on their yoga journey, this is the best class for you. The class is run at a slower pace and we go through foundational poses so you can learn how to apply the techniques.

Seniors (Experienced) Yoga
For those who have prior yoga experience, this class offers a greater depth of learning and practice. You will be exposed to different poses from various categories – Standing, Forward Bends, Backbends, Twists, Abdominals and Inversions..

General Yoga (under 55s)
Suitable for working adults, beginners and those with some level of yoga experience. We explore a full range of yoga poses from foundational to more challenging asanas depending on your level of experience. This is a hybrid class with online option.

Seniors (Mixed) Yoga
Held at PCYC Marrickville, this is a fun, friendly group who come together to practise yoga once a week. While the environment is relaxed, the yoga is disciplined! Class is $17 per session (you have to be a member of PCYC – $30 annual membership fee).

Inner West locals are most welcomed to try this class held at the Half Moon Yoga studio. Experience yoga in an inclusive, welcoming setting of this not-for-profit, community based Iyengar yoga studio in Marrickville. Class is $22 for casual ($15 per class if you sign up for the Term).

Seniors (Chinese-speaking) Yoga
Beginner-friendly classes specially catered to Chinese-speaking seniors. Classes are also opened to English-speaking older adults, so expect a dynamic learning environment where you can mix, mingle and make new friends while learning yoga! Classes run on a 8-week term (check dates while booking).

Private Yoga Therapy
Private classes are meant to suit your specific needs, whether these are to allow for one-on-one interaction or to attend to any special requirements. These classes are suitable for anyone with a medical condition that needs special care and attention. A range of yoga techniques will be used including asanas and pranayama.
Group Yoga
Group yoga classes are conducted exclusively for organisations, whether these are for residents, staff or general members. The yoga class can be taught in English and Chinese.
Current and past clients include Retirement Villages, Aged Care Homes, Local Councils, Department of Communities and Justice, and various non-profit organisations.
