Gentle Home Practice

Sometimes, all we need and all we can take is a gentle, slow yoga practice.  This is especially useful when we are feeling tired or anxious, when we are injured or our body is just not feeling its best. I am sharing this short 6-minute sequence where you can practise at home. All you need are two chairs.  I hope you get to try it.
